Emeril Lagasse Full Circle Kitchen 2nd Anniversary!
We can hardly believe that it has been two years already since the Emeril Lagasse Full Circle Kitchen opened! This month, marks two years of giving kids the opportunity to learn to the invaluable life skill of learning their way around the kitchen, and of course how to prepare and cook food!
Food For Thought Fun Fact: The Emeril Lagasse Full Circle Kitchen is used THREE times a week and serves as a kitchen classroom for kids as far as Pensacola!
We have enjoyed watching the kids learn and have fun while cooking in the Full Circle Kitchen, as well as watching our volunteers and local chefs have a great time teaching and dining with the kids.
If you enjoy cooking or are looking for an interactive way to give back to kids in need in our community, contact us today to learn more about how you can help in our Emeril Lagasse Full Circle Kitchen!

We also are very appreciative for the support of the Emeril Lagasse Foundation to our Full Circle Kitchen!

Full Circle Kitchen
How cool is this?! This is a meal cooked by students from AMIkids in our Full Circle Kitchen under the instruction of invaluable volunteer Memorie Spence using greens sourced from our very own Full Circle Garden. Our goals of sustainability are becoming more real every day and made possible by the community that continues to invest in its future. And THAT is some real Food For Thought! If you would like to volunteer in the kitchen email volunteer@fftfl.org

Emeril Lagasse Full Circle Kitchen!
36: the number of classes that will be taught this year in our Emeril Lagasse Foundation Full Circle Kitchen! These classes are part of our increased efforts of sustainability and provide invaluable life skills to the kids who participate. We gather in the kitchen with some of the most at-risk students in our area and teach them life skills. We cook together, eat together and clean up together. This program has impacted our volunteer kitchen instructors as much as it has the kids! How can you be a part of it? Ask us how at www.fftfl.org
And thank you to Emeril Lagasse for making this possible

AMIkids in The Full Circle Kitchen
This month AMIkids have been in the Full Circle Kitchen learning how to make traditional holiday side dishes. The green bean casserole was a class favorite! We are grateful to have this quality time with the kids and volunteers in the kitchen!
