• Corporate Spotlight: Bay Baits

Thank you, Bay Baits for sponsoring our Christmas 2018 program! With Bay Baits generous support, Food for Thought Outreach was able to provide service to 600 families in need in our area.  Did you know, that over the Christmas school break food insecure kids miss an average of 20 meals? We are thankful for Bay Baits enabling us to help bridge this hunger gap over the holidays!

In addition to bridging the food gap over the holidays, there is also a need to bridge this food gap and keep kids nourished over the summer break. During summer break, the average student in our program can miss 110 meals.  The Food For Thought summer service program will provide food for 600 families, providing them each with a month worth of food, three times (food for three months in total).  By becoming a Summer program sponsor, you will empower children to be well-fed to enjoy their summer break!

  • Holiday volunteers

It has been very busy around the FFT pantries. We have had the most wonderful people show up dedicated to help feed the kids and families in our program. We couldn't do it without our volunteers, sponsors, donors and kind people that share our mission. Thank you all!

  • Stock the Stocking!

This Christmas help us Stock the Stocking! Starting November 27th through December 17th, we will be handing out stockings with a wish list of healthy, easy to open food items to feed the kids over the holiday break. With your help we can fill enough stockings to keep them from missing over 20 meals. This time of year is tough for the kids in our program as they lack access to reliable food sources.
