Spring Break Class One: Cheesecake
Ages 10-17 | 10a-1p | Drop Off: 132 Market Street in Santa Rosa Beach
Learn to make, bake, and decorate cheesecake! During this technique-filled class, students will customize their own cheesecake flavor combination as they learn to create and bake batter that will not crack.
This 3 hour class covers everything from measuring and the concept of mise en place ("everything in its place") to the full cleaning of a professional kitchen, including dishwashing, sanitization, and sweeping/mopping.
