Sponsor A School - 2nd Semester!
March is a critical time for Food For Thought to provide extra snacks to the schools as this time year = State Testing. There are still 24 Schools within our program that do not have sponsors for the second semester. Can you sponsor a school to help provide snacks to students while they are testing?
Any school that does not have two stars next to it's name is in need of a sponsor for the 2nd semester!
Sponsorships are $1K/semester and can be donated as a group, business, family and/or organization:https://fftfl.org/collections/backtoschool-sponsorships-2019

Join the Lunch Club & Donate Your Lunch Money!
For as little as $10 a month for the next 12 months, you can provide two backpacks per month, 24 backpacks per year – feeding a hungry child that would otherwise be without that much-needed nourishment.
Think about the $10 ONE lunch during the week may cost, and how this amount can impact a child to not be hungry over the weekend.

Who-What-Where?!
Who-What-Where? Does anyone know what fundraising event this was?
The Art of Giving was one of the first repeated events at Food For Thought, which brought together local artists to help raise money for the programs at Food For Thought. Even though we no longer hold this event, we are so thankful to be able to work with various local artists who help support Food For Thought.
Currently, our blackboard was painted by Alison Wickey to commemorate our 10-year anniversary! Thank yo for capturing the last 10 years, and helping us look forward so that we may sustain-serve and grow to help our community! -
Volunteer spotlight: Gateway Academy
Over the holidays, we also had the help from Students and teachers from the Gateway Academy in Miramar Beach! These students came before school in the business of their finals week to come help pack backpacks at the Destin pantry. Thank you for donating your time to help those in need!
