Thank You, Taylor Allen Properties who is one of our regular volunteer teams in the Destin Pantry! We appreciate your dedication to our non profit and your willingness to serve at fundraising events and to pack and deliver backpacks to our students. We love our volunteers!

Fact Friday: 20 Meals
Students in our backpack program are on the free and reduced lunch program at school, which means when they are out of school, it is much harder for them to access meals. This is why over the holidays we strive to not only provide a Christmas meal, but also food to help sustain them while they are out of school.

Volunteer Spotlight: Destin Target
Thank you to this group of Target employees who come to the Food For Thought Destin Pantry monthly to volunteer. Not only do they pack backpacks, but they donate resources like plastic bags, and are available on short notice to help unload deliveries & support the Destin Pantry. There are even a few individuals from this group that volunteer on school deliveries!
