Join us for our second Thoughtful Dinner Series event featuring Chef Nikhil Abuvala!

Food For Thought's latest endeavor in the fight against child hunger, the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Full Circle Kitchen, is now open and Food For Thought is excited to announce their newest fundraiser - the “Thoughtful Dinner Series” to be held in the newly renovated space.

The first dinner was held in October, and we are excited to announce our Spring Dinner on March 1st at 7pm in the Full Circle Kitchen on 132 Market Street. Each five course dinner with wine pairings will feature a different local guest chef and culinary team.

If you would like to reserve a private table for $2000 for 8 guests or if your business is interested in sponsoring one of the five courses, please email info@fftfl.org.

Food For Thought is honored to welcome Chef Nikhil Abuvala, Chef/Owner of Roux 30a, to the Thoughtful Dinner Series! Growing up with an appreciation for food passed down from generations of cooks and chefs, Nikhil started his culinary career at the early age of 13. Diving into a wide spectrum of cuisines, from Sushi, to Creole, Indian to Mediterranean, Nikhil found his home under the care of Dean James Max, and the modern American palate. Nikhil hopes to create a symbiotic relationship between local farmers, fisherman, and the community of South Walton.
